General
How do I register for the in-person convention?
To register, go to NJIMHC Registration.
What is included in the cost of my registration?
Registration provides you access to both keynote sessions, two breakout sessions, breakfast and lunch, multiple networking opportunities with sponsors, vendors, and fellow attendees.
If I didn’t register in advance, can I still come?
No. Registration must be done online prior to the conference.
Is there a virtual or hybrid option to attend NJIMHC?
No. NJIMHC is an in-person event only.
How do I get to the conference?
NJIMHC will be held at the The Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. The address is 1401 Ocean Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ 07712. Get directions or find out more about The Berkeley.
When should I arrive to NJIMHC 2025?
Doors open at 8am. Attendees will be able to register, enjoy a continental breakfast, network with peers and visit exhibitors. Conference begins promptly at 9am, so please plan your travels accordingly!
Are meals included?
Yes, a continental breakfast and boxed lunch are included with your ticket.
How do I make arrangements for ADA accommodations?

What is the VIP Event being held on May 27th at 6pm?
This event is to show our appreciation and celebrate our conference partners, sponsors and VIP guests. We will be serving a lite fare dinner.
Additionally, exhibitors will to set up their tables the evening before while enjoying food, drink, and networking with fellow guests and the event production staff.
Do I have to wear a mask inside the hotel? What about other COVID protocols?
We will keep attendees updated on all Covid protocols as we get closer to the event.
Parking
Is parking free at The Berkeley?
Yes, parking is free for the conference.
CEUs
How many CEUs can I earn?
You can earn up to 6 CEUs by attending the morning and afternoon keynote sessions and two workshops. Each keynote and workshop is worth 1.5 credits.
How will I receive my CEUs?
CEU certificates will be sent to the email with which you registered two weeks after the conference ends.
Will these credits count for school social workers, LPCS, LMFTS, LCADCS, etc?
All CEUs for the New Jersey Integrated Mental Health Conference are accredited and provided by the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
The New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners, The New Jersey Department of Education Professional Development (Provider #705), The State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners (family therapists, professional counselors, rehabilitation counselors and alcohol and drug counselors) for license and certification renewal, and The New York State Education Department’s State Board for Social Work all recognize these workshops for CEUs. In addition, most states will accept programs offered through NASW-NJ for credit in other states.
